Does the guest need to install anything?

No. The quote and the bill reach them on WhatsApp, as a message or a PDF.

Do I need a computer?

No. Kwotix works in your phone's browser, on a tablet, and on a laptop. There is nothing to install.

Can I change the GST rate on food?

Yes. Set it in Invoice details; every new bill uses it, and a bill already made keeps the rate it was made with. Your accountant has the last word on which slab applies.

What's in the daily email?

Yesterday's food takings only: the number of bills, food before GST, the GST and the total, and the dishes that sold most. Rooms are not included. It comes on the Quote + Menu plan.

How do I pay?

Monthly, through Razorpay: card or UPI Autopay. Cancel any time; the month you paid for runs out first. Prefer a bank transfer? Write to us.

Where is my data kept?

In India, in a private database and private file storage in Mumbai. Each property's data is kept apart from every other's.
