These terms apply when you create a Kwotix account or use it for a property. By using Kwotix you agree to them.

The service

Kwotix helps you quote stays and, on the Quote + Menu plan, bill guests' food, issue GST invoices for it and receive a daily report of food takings. We improve it all the time, and features may change.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your password to yourself.
• Check your rates, GST rates and invoice details. Kwotix works out the figures you set it up with; it does not give tax or legal advice.
• You are responsible to your guests for the personal data you enter about them: for telling them why you collect it, and for having a lawful reason to. See our privacy page.
• Don't use Kwotix to break the law, to send messages people haven't asked for, or to get at another property's data.

Fees

A new property gets a 14-day free trial of Quote + Menu. After that, Quote is ₹499 a month and Quote + Menu ₹999 a month, billed monthly in advance through Razorpay until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge; the month already paid for runs to its end, and is not refunded. If we change a price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies.

Your data

What you put into Kwotix stays yours. You can ask us for a copy of it, and to delete it, at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

Limits

We work to keep Kwotix available and your data safe, and keep backups, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost bookings or profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and contact
